How We Keep Your Information Safe

Encryption

Your login credentials and payment details are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard TLS 1.2 protocols. When you deposit via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, the connection between cosmos4d and the payment provider is encrypted end-to-end.

Access Controls

Only cosmos4d staff with a verified need to process your account can view your personal data. We log all access and review it monthly. Your password is never stored in plain text; we use salted hashing to protect it.

Payment Verification

Before we transfer your withdrawal to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS, we verify your identity a second time and match the destination account to your registered details. This step prevents unauthorized transfers and fraud.

Cookie & Tracking

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your language and account preferences. We do not use cookies to track you off-site or sell behavioural data. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Data Retention

Your account data stays on file as long as your account is open. After you close it, we delete personal details within 90 days, keeping only anonymized transaction records for regulatory purposes where local law permits.
